As a registered user, you are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, as well as the personal information in your account (including address, telephone number, e-mail address and authorized persons to accept your orders).
Only you can authorize third parties to use your username and password in www.biolifecosmetics.com

You are fully responsible for all actions that occur through your username and password in www.biolifecosmetics.com

In case of any suspicion of improper use of your username and password or the danger of such, please immediately notify the team of Bio Life Cosmetics.

“Bio Life Cosmetics” Ltd. undertakes not to edit or disclose personal information without the express prior permission of users, except in cases where it has to comply with legal procedure.

  1. COMMODITY PRICES

The indicated price of the individual goods is for 1 piece including VAT. Prices are in BGN.

The cost of delivery is not included in the specified price of the products and is determined by the amount of the ordered products and the specified delivery address (Speedy office or personal address).

  1. PRICE CHANGE

“Bio Life Cosmetics” Ltd. has the right to change the prices of the products offered on the site without prior notice to consumers. Each customer of the online store undertakes to pay the price that was current at the time of conclusion of the contract, according to these General Terms and Conditions. The prices announced on the site are valid until stocks last.

  1. TERMS OF ORDER AND PAYMENT

The products you have selected appear in your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products to add or subtract products.

At any time in your cart you can see all the products you have selected their price, as well as their total amount.

To place an order it is necessary to select the product, add it to the basket, after pressing the “Buy” button.

In the cart you can see the price of the products you have selected. If you have a voucher or discount coupon, you need to note it. The final amount (including transport) that you have to pay as cash on delivery to the courier will be communicated to you by phone by our employee. For each order, Bio Life Cosmetics issues an invoice to a retail customer. If you want it to be issued to a company, please fill in the details in the relevant form.

The invoice will be sent by email or together with the goods you ordered!

IMPORTANT:

When you specify an address for delivery, please make sure that within the working day when the goods will be delivered to this address will be you or another person you have authorized to accept them.

After finalizing your order at the e-mail address you gave when registering, you will receive an email with all the information on the order.

If clarification of the terms or address of delivery is required, our operator will contact you by phone.

The indication of incomplete or incorrect data in the customer’s profile renders the order invalid and it does not bind www.biolifecosmetics.com to execution.

  1. DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery is made by the courier company Speedy.

The value of the service is determined depending on the chosen method of delivery, weight and price of the ordered goods.

IMPORTANT! Upon receipt of the shipment, pay the value of the cash on delivery and be sure to check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the courier, especially if it is fragile!

  1. RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS

You have the right to return goods purchased from us as explained below and if the goods meet the following conditions:
• has not been used;
• with its original packaging it is and has a commercial appearance;
• it is accompanied by the accompanying documents and the accessories with which it was obtained.

1. You have the right to cancel the order without giving reasons within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your name, geographical address and, if any, your telephone number, fax and e-mail address and of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement such as a letter sent by post to: Sofia, P.O. Box 1756,
Bull. “St. Kliment Ohridski” No 65 to “BIO LIFE COSMETICS” OOD or e-mail: office@biolifecosmetics.com.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. Operation of refusal

If you cancel this order, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods within 5 working days from the date on which they were received back or replace them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cost of transportation is at the expense of the buyer. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. In such cases, we will refund your payments within five working days of either event.

We expect you to send us back or return the goods to: Sofia, P.O. Box 1756, bul. 65 to BIO LIFE COSMETICS LTD without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is considered met if you send us back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of testing them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and good functioning.
For the avoidance of doubt, return is only possible when the goods meet the conditions set out in point I above.
